These terms apply when you use this site, book a session, or run the AI Opportunity Scanner. The site and services are provided by Andrew Gooding. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

Services

I offer paid consulting on practical AI workflows — workflow audits, building and integrating AI-assisted workflows, team rollout, and ongoing maintenance — plus a free, automated AI Opportunity Scanner. Specifics of any engagement are agreed directly with you.

Booking and fees

Engagements are scoped individually — workflow audits, fixed-scope builds, team rollouts, and monthly retainers — with pricing shared before any work begins. Scheduling and payment are handled through my booking provider. Fees are due as agreed. You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before a session.

If you finish a paid call unsatisfied, you get a full refund — no questions asked. Just let me know.

The AI Opportunity Scanner

The scanner is a free, automated tool that uses an AI model to produce a diagnostic from the URL and pain point you provide. It is offered as is, for general informational purposes only. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate, is not professional, legal, financial, or security advice, and should be independently verified before you act on it. Only submit URLs you are authorized to analyze. I may rate-limit, change, or withdraw the scanner at any time.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site or scanner for anything unlawful or abusive.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, probe, or circumvent rate limits or security controls.
• Do not submit other people’s personal data without a lawful basis.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, and code are owned by Andrew Gooding. The report the scanner generates for you is yours to use within your own business.

Third-party services

Booking, email, analytics, and the AI model are provided by third parties (see the Privacy Policyfor the list). Your use of those features is also subject to those providers’ terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and the free scanner are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability arising from your use of the site or the free tools is limited to the amount you paid me (if any) for the service in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
